Idk where science got this from, but in Summer I CONSTANTLY spot spiders in my bed, while I’m awake, listening to music, eating food and moving around.

Also, if you have a fear of bugs crawling in your mouth, ears, nose, etc.

Your mouth produces a smell that most bugs hate and will crawl away. If your mouth is closed then your nose will put that smell out so bugs won’t enter. Your body produces the most ear wax during sleeping also earwax has a thing inside it that would sting the bug who gets trapped inside your ear.

Most of these were evolved through the caveman/Stone-age period because whenever cavemen slept bugs always tried to crawl in them thinking they’re dead. So don’t worry about any bugs trying to get inside you.
