"how men are punishing them" - FFS, they need to stop with the victimhood narrative, men aren't thinking about "punishing" women at all, they're simply trying to protect themselves from losing their job/career over some woman overreacting to something she "perceives" as him doing her wrong. If that means avoiding the women as much as possible then that's what men will do... Not out of some perceived "punishment" towards the women but out of fear of what they can accuse him of.

true story, i built cars for a major manufacturer. 15 years and a perfect record, not once was I called to HR, and perfect attendance. A young woman temporary worker that had only been there 6 months baited me into conversations and then used it against me. Without witnesses i would have lost my career. She was merely moved to a different area. Protect yourself gentlemen.

I had worked at a college for 7+ years prior to the pandemic. Our HR department really started stifling us with policy-meeting after policy-meeting about sexual harassment, words you can’t say, pronouns you can’t use, and other BS. Since then, I’ve begun working for a small business that literally has zero women employed there. Not one. And I can say, I’ve never had more fun at work… I’ve never felt more freedom or less stress.

When facing false accusations, never back down and never concede a bit. If your boss or HR tells you you're suspended or fired from your job, tell them you will have your attorney file a defamation suit against them, subpoena everyone in the workplace and depose them. Enterprises take women in face value to avoid negative publicity, and you have to make a statement that they will be damaged even more by doing so.

Btw, always keep a digital recorder in your pocket and secretly record every private conversation with women.

One of the best acronyms my father taught me once I got my first job which kept me safe in all my jobs CAKE (Cover Ass, Keep Employment). This was years before the poundmetoo stuff kicked off.

About 25 years ago I called a female into my office and fired her. I had another person escort her back to her office to collect her things and see her out of the building's secure area. The reason I did this was that I had warned her 3 times, and documented written warnings about improper flirting on the job. Because of this my company when asked by other companies simply told them the truth. I later learned she got out of that career and left the state of Georgia. To put this into perspective I only gave a male one warning. One of the most common complaints I see from women these days is males won't mentor them and they generally don't invite them out for drinks after work. They won't take a meeting unless another person is in the room. This may sound like men are in fact punishing them. It may look that way, but a man has the right to protect himself in a world where if he makes one mistake it can cost him his job, his career, his reputation as well as his marriage! I for one can't blame them!

I've been falsely accused of harassment. It wasn't fun. Even after being found not guilty the woman didn't face any repercussions for making false allegations. Protect yourself.

A woman accused of me racism for refusing to help her. Luckily for me the whole thing happened at her desk in front of dozens around us, all who heard me explain several times, both the nature of the issue, and how the only way to fix it was outside of my hands because it was a issue with our carrier, no our side.

I haven't booked a private one on one with a woman since, everything happened at my desk or theirs.

My rules at work.
1. My room has all transparent glass walls.
2. No female colleague is allowed to meet me 1-1. My trusted secretary is always with me in such meetings.
3. No women allowed within a meter radius. This includes workspace events and celebrations.
4. Avoid social conversations including entertainment, politics and all non-work conversations.
5. Any conversation regarding people issues will always include HR partner.
6. Up to 5 levels of stairs, walk up and down. If you have to take an elevator, never in one without other men and avoid packed elevators to avoid mistaking body contacts.
7. Approve health and family related leaves without question. If I see patterns, ask HR to handle it.
8. Informal dinners and social events only with men. Formal, official dinners are handled formally.
9. Never travel in the same flight as women colleagues and avoid staying in the same hotel where female colleagues are staying.
10. If you are forced to share a car or cab, ask the women to sit in the rear and I sit in front with the driver.
11. No chit chats.

In general, stay away from women. Run if you see one.

You put the effort to build your career.
Don’t let them ruin it. Remember they have the power and the unjust laws are anti-men.

Treat them with respect but no chivalry like holding doors. I have been insulted for that too.
