Men looking for a girlfriend should not date British women, according to controversial dating guru, Richard La Ruina. He says British women are 'overweight' and 'entitled' and Eastern European girls are more feminine, well-mannered and better looking. He joins Good Morning Britain alongside sex and relationships journalist Felicity Morse, who thinks his view perpetuates a damaging perception of female attractiveness.

Having now travelled a fair bit around Europe and the rest of the world I have come to the same conclusion. In England we seem to have sacrificied everything for physical appearance.

Social media and as a consequence narcissism and vanity has hit us hard. An average man/woman in England thinks they are 10/10. Meet an above average continental European and they are humble, smart, interesting as well as being physicsally attractive.

Theres notning wrong with being attractive, its just placing all your value on it (and then thinking your better than others because of it!) is the problem

These people give journalists a bad name. Twisting his answers, continually interrupting, overgeneralizing. How Piers - let alone the rest here - still gets work is beyond me.
For anyone who wants to deny what I've just said - Putting words in his mouth - 0:44 Outright changing what he just said by claiming he wasn't successful with English women when he just said he was - 1:08 claming he thinks ALL British women are overweight 2:42 - not a question but a statement. He's not wrong. I live in Canada and growing up we would go to England for at least one month every summer. In my teens, I would spent close to three months of the summer in England and I dated English girls, they were always slim, kind, funny, and polite, and a real treasure. I have been back to England as an adult and a lot has changed. I meet women now who are overweight and often have an inflated sense of self.
