Totally love your recipes. Have tried a few and it really works!
The only problem i face is, you never mention exact quantities of the ingredients you use. So for a non-expert cook like me the proportions are like hit or miss sorts. I basically just go by assumptions. It would be awesome if you mention the quantities/proportions of your ingredients. Thanx!
