All your recipes are great chef thanks . On this one we always dry roast each item individually as each of them need different times and then leave them to cool down to powder it. Also we do not add salt to this masala but add it when we make the Sambar.

My mom's sambar pudi
Dry fry till warm
2 cups dhania
1 cup mustard+ jeera +menthi+ pepper.... all in same quantity
In 1 tsp oil saute
2 cups redchill...handful curry leaves
... Sir we skip chanadal and urddal because We use that only when we use coconut...
Next....saute red chilli and curry leaves in 1 tsp oil....this way sambar pudi will get its Redish ♥️ colour.
