Sambar Powder

Ingredients
Coriander seeds – 50 grams
Dry chilli – 50 grams
Chana dal – 3 tbl spoon
Urad dal – 3 tbl spoon
Toor dal – 3 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – 2 tbl spoon
Pepper - 1 tbl spoon
Fenugreek – ½ tbl spoon
Curry leaves
Asafoetida - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
