1 Green Bell Pepper
3 tbsp Saffron Water ( 3tbsp Water 1/4 tsp Saffron)
2,5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Yogurt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Juice Of One Lemon
Butter Saffron (3 tbsp Melted Butter 1/4 tsp Saffron)

Marinate Time: 12 to 24 Hours
Cooking Time: 10 min

Tnx for this, im from iran, in my opinion It is better if you add saffron first because the onion makes the saffron less effective on the meat

it would be awesome if you upload the grilling part without cuts because as you know the timing is very important for a perfect kabab

put the saffron water with the chicken first so the chicken can absorb it instead of the onions!!!!
