The OPUS-QUAD puts professional DJs in control of their music, creating harmony between design, musical playability, and offers multiple advanced features such as standalone 4-deck playback. The OPUS-QUAD has a unique look. A unique fan shaped, sloping top plate not only looks sophisticated, but also enhances the operation and comfort during play. For the first time ever on a Pioneer DJ all-in-one DJ system, the OPUS-QUAD offers standalone 4-deck playback to enable versatile DJ performances. And with support for various media source types including USB-C and USB-A, the OPUS-QUAD provides DJs with flexibility.

To me, it looks like Pioneer designed this to be the center piece of a Hi-Fi system in some ones living room rather than in a nightclub or mobile DJ's set up.

It's about time Pioneer makes something to actually compete with Denon DJ.

It's awesome to see a fresh take on the controller. I love that they integrated the cdj 3000 style controls, it makes it much more versatile. I see these sitting in clubs with 3000s plugged into the 1 and 4 channels and linked into the ethernet port. If this proves as durable as the 3000s it's going to turn into the next club standard

I’m an all around Wedding, Event and Nightclub DJ. This is not some living room display piece. The Opus Quad is everything a true professional needs to run any level of event. Informative review, Nick. Thank you! If I didn't use a laptop, this would be an immediate purchase. I'm hoping Pioneer release an updated DDJ-1000 in 2023. I'd like to see a high-end DAC for improved sound quality and a LOT more new FX options. Anything else is a bonus! Keep doing the great work :)

Simply amazing. I loved the design and curves. The only downside is the price. But being a premium product, we couldn't expect anything different in terms of price.

The area in the slider that you wanted to click is called a "detent" so when you have a slider or knob that has an area where they click into or come to a rest in the middle its called a "detent".

This unit is amazing I would like to get one.

This unit seems to meet all my specific DJ needs of the XZ & Rx3 combined and I agree with you on the look of it, looks good. Reminds of the wood side panelling on some classic synthesisers. Top review - love your style!
