This is a complete introduction to the Opus Quad. I've had this equipment for months and felt that I was still missing out on how much the opus offered to the user. That is not the case anymore. A must watch for anyone who just purchased an Opus Quad.

I just made the jump from a Numark NS6ii to an Opus Quad personally. i knew i was getting a far more advanced piece of equipment than what i was used to but this video has me already up and running. Thanks for making such a thorough instructional video!

I am only 34 minutes in and I must say this is a brilliant introduction for a 'how to' on this machine. I am currently pausing so I can speak to a DJ store to buy a Quad. I am a vinyl DJ for over 30 years (still doing vinyl only gigs), but I am deciding to bite the bullet and crossover to digital.
This tutorial is convincing me to buy a Quad. Thanks very much, it is excellent. By the way, you have already cost me a lot of money, as I bought an Alpha Theta Euphonia after your review!! (The styling of the Quad seems very much in keeping with the styling of the Euphonia, which I love, as well as it being the best mixer I have ever used).
Excellent video, thanks again

Pioneer DJ should I pay you for this tutorial and include it in the purchase price as we no longer get a proper manual despite spending an enormous amount of money👍🏼

I'm totally sold on this simply with the Zone output, Patch into the infrasonic sub amp to control that very low end at your finger tips..

I’ve done quite a few gigs with the opus quad, and I can’t see myself using anything else for wedding work. The sound is pristine, the mics are the best in any controller I’ve ever used. The effects continue to annoy me, but overall this machine is incredible. The look it gets from clients and guests is one of wonder.

Phil, thank you. Awesome tutorial! :) This was lacking until now. A big help. Probably there will be more out there that can help me a lot.

I love my Opus Quad.. I can't wait to see how Pioneer will be updating this platform.

There are a few quirks that have been promised to be fixed such as the deadzone with the color FX pan-pot and the beat effects knob %. They only start working when you turn them enough.. Thank you Pioneer!

I don’t see device in preferences though… does my usb need to be plugged in the computer for it to pop up or? Looking at the 4:29 mark

Hello Phil, Thnx for the tutorial. Helps a lot. I miss one thing in this tuturial and that is the function that is underneath the button "Matching" when pressing it will display 4 decks and that is it. Do you know how this works?? Have watched the tutorial severall times but .... missed it or it is not mentioned?
