Everyone above store level managers in verizon is going to hell. All district managers HR and ceo level verizon people are going to hell. Pay us reps more were on the front line. And staff us correctly or pay us more for doing managers work.

It seems like Verizon is not reliable anymore and their customer support are so incompetent. I'm experiencing messaging outage where I no longer can send or receive messages . When I call customer support they rest something on thier end to make it work again!!! This is second time it happened and Verizon is unable to give me straight answer why this is happening. ALL MESSAGES THAT I DID NOT RECIEVE ARE LOST!!! customer support can't tell me what's going on and if this won't happen again. I'm seriously thinking of switching providers !!

Verizon won't replace Home Internet with 50/6 LOL. They will have to offer a minimum 300/50 that's constantly and reliable on 4G LTE. I have seen this in bigger towns/City's but Verizon has not offered this in the country side hear in MI and really lacks 5G. They only have fast speeds in certain markets and it's not available to most rural areas hear. If anything TMO wins hear in MI for best 5G Coverage and beeats Verizon UWB which is really interesting but also the fact even ATAT has 5G hear in the country. Yet Verizon falls way behind on the Coverage and speed lately
