In this video, I will tell you about a scientifically-backed framework to turn self-improvement into an addictive and almost irresistible process, just like how Ayanokoji Kiyotaka from the classroom of the elite learned it in the white room.

What I am gonna apply in my life through this video :
Use calendar to finish work on time
Listen to binaural beats to attain focus
Start with easy and short tasks
Make your breaks boring
Learn something and apply quickly
Dont use phone or scroll in free time take a look on your presence

For those like me I tweaked this a while ago. Instead of a calendar (part 1) it can be anything tangible really. What I chose to do instead of a calendar was:
- Vase (Clear is best so you can see through it)
- Marble Sack of 120 marbles (you can even get custom ones for the 10-20-30-40... day marks)

Whenever you do the goal activity X you place a marble in the vase. At the beginning it f'ing sucks because you only see 1 or 2 marbles in the vase and it looks super empty. However, over time you'll see the vase grow with marbles to represent every day you put the time in.

Now! The crappy part is when you DON'T do your habit you are forced to reset to 0... I'm not a huge fan of this so I just remove 2 marbles instead. There are days you won't be able to complete or only feel like you can complete 5-10 minutes of your activity. Anything is better than nothing.

This video was so simple, yet so direct and to the point. It crams a bunch of useful knowledge from relevant books and teachings into simple, actionable steps. Great video!

This is literally gold advice disguised beneath anime thumbnails. But it's actually the best kind of self-improvement, neuro hacks combined with behavioral changes

book Unveiling Your Hidden Pontential can change your life. Habit must be not outcome based but rather identity based. Stay blessed.

It helped a lot. I would also like to add this technique that i use: "Forcing happiness"
Basically, if you force yourself to cheer like crazy after accomplishing your habit (say, getting a math question right), after a week doing so your desire to do it will skyrocket. Requires Frmwrk part 3 to work, and the habit needs to be something not so easy or that you're not sure you will do everyday.

I've been consuming educational content for three months now and I've found myself very bored when I'm not doing it. I'm not interested in other videos or music, I need to learn things. And this is a good start.

That part you said about momentum 4:59 now that makes sense why I can't do workout before I've studied enough. When I look to my checklist with 70% completed I feel like I could do anything hard because I have built up the momentum I needed.

I've started watching these videos since yesterday before studying and it really helped me out, even for 2 days now. I have adhd and i kind of struggle with focusing but I've started putting out goals

Taking a small 10 to 15 minute break to just quiet my mind and relax my body helps a lot with gaining control of my life! It's like a little re-start button before I do the next task. Listening to binaural beats or solfeggio frequencies helped a lot with quieting my mind and relax my body. Thank you for this educating video.

I think I might just start watching these videos during my breakfast every day. Good to wake my brain up, good duration to limit my breakfast, not addicting to a point where I can't stop watching

Your explanations are very clear. I feel like Ayanokoji Kiyotaka itself is giving me a lesson.
