What about integrating Photovoltaics with other renewable energy sources generated from the Sun. Is there enough energy in the environment where human transport happens on earth to create a lung/gill system for vehicles to support charged batteries? It may be necessary to create a cooling system and integrating cold energy such as wind as a sometimes bonus to heat reduction and possible added energy source might help. Like having a fan in a PC that sometimes generates electricity. A Travelling Salesman algorithm would be really useful right about now for Elon's route planning optimization idea.
