Cool, Wish Tesla luck. Although still find it funny that all these media outlets kind of fix themselves onto Elon rather than Tesla. The stress and pressure is on the company not just him. So I wish the entire team luck, and thank the entire team for trying.

I have a reservation for a Model 3. So what if it takes another 9-15 months! What other Auto is worth the wait???

Lots of people have cancelled because they've bought a Model S or X instead!

Important to note that while discussing Tesla Model 3 “delays” that we are simply debating over a fine detail of months how many years ahead Tesla is from any competitor capable of designing, let alone mass producing, anything comparable to a Model 3 at these price points. The real question is why is everyone else so chronically delayed when compared with Tesla that they are in real danger of getting swamped, by Tesla.

You can fall behind goals but still do an amazing job, if you reach your goals they are to low.

According their original plan up to 2016 the 10.000/week number should be reached 2020, that was called a pipe dream.
2016 this was moved up 2 years to 2018 caused by the large amount of M3 orders.
Really??

Elon Musk is changing our future for the better, and going from 2k/week to 5k/week in steps is not the end of the world at all. We need to see it from a broader perspective. By the end of 2018 Tesla will produce 20k Model 3's per month!

These are the same people who will wonder why there are quality issues after these cars are rushed off the assembly line to meet the backorder.

For Christ's sake she's asking valid questions as a reporter, no need for you fanboys to get all triggered by it.

What they don't mention is Tesla is now the darling of shorting on Wall Street.

This woman just doesn't get it. Why she's talking for me? I didn't put my 1000 British pounds in a model 3 because I want a model 3, I put that down because I want Tesla to succeed and later on at one point getting a car. I can wait many years if I need to...

You need to remember that Tesla originally announced the model 3 would start deliveries in 2010.

Correction I meant to type 2020 fat finger syndrome. My apologies.

Then the preorders skyrocket to over 200, 000 preorders eventually to hit a 500, 000 preorders. Then Musk advanced the production and delivery by two years so no time to work out production problems and ever since then everyone in the media is asking why Tesla isn't meeting its delivery schedule.

Hello?

Did somebody forget something here?

You can't ignore trouble shooting a production line issues.

Tesla is getting it done ahead of its original schedule so why do you constantly act like Tesla is dragging its feet?

Let's see someone from CBS take over the Freemont plant and try to do better.
Mr. Musk is making headway and the Tesla employees are working their tails off to get the cars produced and delivered. Give Musk and his fellow employees a break as they are heading in the right direction.

Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day!

If it was Tesla would have used their contractors.

Model 3's are flying out of the factory and this reporter shows a bias against Tesla like a good little puppet. Meanwhile she likely owns a Tesla.

Gayle looks so out of place in Tesla's factory. Closed-off body language and some sort of subtle resentment for Musk and his pursuits. Journalism has become such a joke. We gotta replace these people with rational individuals who genuinely care about pursuing the truth.

Very poor interviewer. She doesn't have a clue.
