Elon said that the huge price increases in 2022 were due to things costing more but he just said it Tesla prices based on demand and when demand was huge last year they went way too crazy on the price hikes

Elon is spot on!!! MSRP is what the car is really supposed to be sold for. With incentives and depending on if the dealership is a Gross or Volume store, will depend on where they sell a new vehicle. There is usually around 10 to 15 thousand dollars worth of room between where the dealer owns the Vehicle and the MSRP.
