You should never spray anything directly onto the screen, *especially* with it standing up like that so the liquid can run down and potentially get into the keys or other openings. Isopropyl alcohol and other cleaning agents also aren't recommended bc it can damage the oleophobic coating over time. Distilled water is safest and works perfectly fine with a microfiber cloth.

im cleaning it upside down clean it gently when i clean the screen much easier
