This has been my go to breakfast smoothie (or protein pick me up anytime of day) for the past 2 weeks. It’s delicious! I added some vanilla protein powder, cinnamon (I love cinnamon so I’m generous with it), hemps seeds, flax seeds and a bit more milk since the flax seeds make it a bit thicker. Once it’s blended I add ice and lightly blend just to break down the cubes a bit. Really filling and high protein smoothie! 🙌🏽

Add a dash of vanilla extract, a little sweetener of your choice and blend the ice in with the smoothie instead of putting cubes in the serving cup. Trust me 🤤

I make this except I add cinnamon and dates and use soy milk. It is divine. Even got my husband onto it too

I have something similar mid morning a couple hours after my morning cereal but mine is 2 cups whole milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 serving of almonds (ground up first before adding the other ingredients) and a little cinnamon.

Fun little tip, after blending pour it into a cup and microwave it for about 1 min, it'll be nice and warm and creamy. Good coffee replacement
