You are 100 % Correct
I had a 2007 Sequoia with 100K and put another hard 150k on her. Cold starts in -40 hauled 7 lads to work up north every day, The roads were gravel roads 100 miles each way, I worked in the oil sands for 10 years and in -40 start ups it was never pluged in like other vehicles. That Sequoia 5.7 L is AMAZING . IT never broke, Always started. This is a fact. YOU are 100% correct

I have ORIGINAL SUV.
1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 5.2 l V8 4x4 232, 000 mi.
Runs great. In great shape.
I keep fixing everything and I see no reason that I can't keep this thing forever.
I'll replace the engine and transmission when I need to.
Already replace the whole suspension, interior, all the parts on the engine are new.
It doesn't burn any oil so it's doing good.
Will take me anywhere.

The toyota Prado is another one. However it is called a fancy name in america, Lexus gx 470 this is a rebadged toyota with the brilliant 4.7 v8 bulit proof engine. they do 400, 000 miles easy
