Use 1 tube of soft auburn and 2 tubes of light auburn. You will not be disappointed. It is a very nice copper/golden color.

Use a 20 developer or even a 10, 30 is to high, your depositing not lifting, you'll get better results.

Bleach hair color products. The higher the developer number . The lighter it gets . There meant for medium to
Dark brown and even black hair . Like highlights are for medium to light brown
And even blondes to get lighter

Don't use 30 volume. You don't need the lift just 10 or 20.
