in my case it still doesn't work, because javac -version it was 14.0.1 and java -version was 1.8.0_112 so i copy file java.exe from sdk-14.0.1 and now its work (this is for people with the same problem)

I spent over 2 hours looking for a fix and it turns out all I have to do is rename one file. Gotta love coding.
