Nato is allowed to feel threatened.
But when nato is expanding closer to russian border, russia is not allowed to feel threatened.
International order is forever dictated by the west only. China russia india etc aren't allowed to challenge that.
The west democracy is the most perfect system eventhough china system has accomplished so much in economy, infrastructures, technology, etc

Most countries Europe eg Spain, England, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy etc is used to plundering and exploiting other developing nations. They are not used to dealing with a country that they can't overcome like Russia. Hence the scrambling and confusion
