Space Rogue (MS-DOS) Intro und Gameplay

Mix aus Weltraumsimulation und Rollenspiel, 1989 von Origin entwickelt und vertrieben. In Space Rogue spielt ihr den Überlebenden eines Angriffs von Manchi Piraten, welcher nun in einen kleinen Erkundungsschiff auf die Suche nach den Hintermännern des Angriffs die Galaxis durchquert. Das Spiel bietet eine interessante Mischung aus einer klassischen Space Opera und leichten Rollenspielelementen, der Protagonist kann sich recht frei im Weltraum bewegen, Handel treiben und Aufgaben erfüllen (hat hier jemand Freelancer gesagt...? :) ).

Mixture of a space simulator and a role-playing game, developed and distributed by Origin in 1989. In Space Rogue you play as a survivor of an Manchi pirates attack, who now in a small scout ship is on a quest to find the responsible men of this attack. The game offers a interesting mix of a space opera and a role-playing game, the protagonist can freely explore the universe, he can trade and take missions (did someone says Freelancer...? :) ).
