I did my first pair of completely handsewn stays a few months ago, without a mockup because 1. too lazy and 2. couldn't afford to waste material and although I love it, and I'm super proud of myself for doing it and all the blood sweat and tears that went into it (literally) I'm sooo mad that I didn't do a mockup because the flaps end just above my belly button due to my freakishly long upper body lol
Yours came out so incredibly beautiful! Makes me want to try it again (with a mockup this time lmao)

Lovely work, I’ve only gotten as far as cutting one out for a mockup. I hope mine turns out half that nice 😊
