Eat fresh (ripe)Conference pears, drink 1litre of water and ideally some olive oil... Constipation happens when food reaches the Colon. This is where absorption of food juices occur leaving a dry stool which get dryer and harder as it moves through. That's why you need a sufficient water intake and oil as lubricant..the Pear fibre is best at keeping stool soft...

When I was a Kid, My Grandmother cooked Prunes every day, i didn't know why then, I thought She just loved Prunes, but now that I'm an old Prune, I understand now!

Kiwi in the evening.
I use to suffer for horrible constipation. ..until I cried out to my Lord Jesus for help. He teach me about KIWI 🥝

Pears with skin on them, apples with skin on them. Prune juice, black coffee. Apple Cider vinegar with water does nothing but make you cringe. So I hold my nose and swallow, then follow up with something tasty. Doesn't seem to do anything for constipation though.

And i have chronic constipation

Drinking the chai spice blend (clove, in particular)
Helps with rinsing your stomach.

You can put it in yiur coffe/tea, the chai spice blend or the pumpkin spice blend

Chia seeds mixed into about 2 cups of almond milk helps keep me regular. Either whole or ground chia seeds work.
A combination of flax, chia, and hemp also works.

Tablespoon of castor oil with something warm after taken it. Everynight till you achieve bowl movement. Then several night's before bed. To keep it smooth.
