Master Rana demonstrates Won-Hyo, the forth form in the ITF set of Chang-Hon forms for Tae Kwon Do.

Won-Hyo has 28 steps and was named for the noted monk who introduced Buddhism to the Silla Dynasty in the year 686 AD. It is the required form for senior green belt in our school (dojang).

Very crisp and clean. Thank you for slowing down the form and teaching the details.

I did this form at the 1996 Yun-Reeder Tae Kwon Do Championships tournament in Oklahoma City, OK. I got 2nd in forms & 3rd in fighting in my division. (I was just a green belt at the time) Memories!!

not sure what stile this is but its far to slow general choi never designed the patterns to be that slow however it is good to see it really slow for those who are learning it

I'm loving the power in each move and the hardcore focus.

Not being funny but tkd patterns are all supposed to end on where u started from not a foot away if your going to show how to do a pattern do the pattern right no bend stance seen before any side kick on close ready stance between the first three steps or second three steps god teach it properly
