English (영어) :
The Pattern in general is fine, although it seems absurd that when doing Side Piercing Kicks (옆차 찌르기) you leave your leg/foot suspended for a fairly long period of time.
This shows that tournament judges value technique looking good more than it being done well.

Español (스페인어):

I wish Joel would update these vidoes. Break them down a little slower, move by move, and add the pattern shapes, number of moves and meanings. I enjoy his forms. He is very skilled. I come from an old school ITF school. We dont exaggerate the sine wave so much. We do generate power from tve hips, but we never had a name for it. We also do the very begining a little diffrent. We "block, grab the hair, pull down and strike" it seems like he just blocks and strikes. Our school has been in existence since the mid/late 70s. The current master has been teaching it since the early 80s. He still goes off of the original ITF TKD bible that was printed in the 80s.
