Heartbeat Braves is on my TBR. I meant to read it when Beautifully Bookish Bethany did her read along but didn’t get to it.
I don’t cry often when reading books, but I think that’s because I’m not someone who cries often from sadness. Usually when I cry it’s from stress or frustration so books don’t really elicit that emotion.

I like that cover for Redemptor but I did like the UK cover for Raybearer better so hopefully that edition will turn out to be beautiful too.

Omg my mom is one of those people that doesn’t get emotionally affected by books (or shows), and it DRIVES👏🏼ME👏🏼CRAZY. I’m a VERY emotional reader and... I mean I get “they’re fictional characters” but like... to me they’re not?? Haha when characters suffer, i SUFFER. And when they’re happy my heart explodes with joy 😝 My mind cannot comprehend not getting emotionally attached to fiction 🤷‍♀️

I love your shirt so much! I hope the mood reading gets easier. I feel like I truly am half and half with mood reader but also TBR reader. I feel like my emotions in relation to a book have more so to do with themes and my emotions to those conditions that relate to the real life situation? But I do get a bit affected by the mood from the book. Don't apologise for the long answers! I love hearing the explanations. I am not someone who cries :P But I internally feel the emotions! I need to read a tale of two cities!! Fellow multi reader! And I also really don't know if I want to try east of eden or skip it altogether... I like the UK covers for the raybearer series more. And I do need to get to that series at some point. I hope the sequel will be just as amazing as book one! I loved circe as well and it lived up to the hype for me too!
