1.STICK to a morning AND night routine:
5:30:Wake up.
5:35:Drink water and get up.
5:40:Brush teeth.
5:45:Do skincare.
5:55:Change clothes.
6:00:Do hair.
6:15:Put jewelry & perfume on.
6:20:Makeup.
6:30:Pack my bag.
6:35:Put shoes and glasses on.
6:40:journal.
6:50:wait…
7:00:Leave for school.

its feel so good listening to you girl, you always motivate us to do better in life after binge watching you i also started journaling and spend less time on social media and its literally helped me so much for my mental health and i also started working out it really change my mental health from crying all day to be happy and don't depend on anyone and be independent love you girl❤❤ i was in a slum last month and you just pull me out from that slum i appreciate each and every video that you made for us, lost of love to you💕💕
