Hey babes welcome back! I think the title pretty much speaks for itself here and as mentioned in the video, this is a great companion video to the original Cohesive Eclectic tutorial I created last year.

You can find that video here:

Sending you so much love from New York! Have a great week babe!

I so appreciate your approach in this video of showing an image and then walking us through it re: what catches your eye and why. Very helpful. Thanks.

To all the viewers of Christina’s work, please give her a like!! It’s so hard to grow a channel and a following. It also helps these videos find you in the algorithm. Great video and thoughts here Christina, thank you!

Beautiful 💜 I love the "home hug". I kept trying to define my "style", determine how to dress it up, and fight against the color palette I was feeling in favor of what I thought was "right". I'm learning, with your help, to connect with our space. I feel able to "feel" what the space needs to an extent now. It's darker than I kept pushing for. I thought because I had a small space, that everything had to be light in color to appear big enough to feel spacious. Baby steps, but I'm getting there. Your intuitive design styling helps so much to grow into our home. It is finally clicking. I'm getting intuitively attentive to the life that our home yearns to breathe. And the small changes finally feel just right. Thanks for being here and continuing to help us connect uniquely to our space to make our homes homey and huggable. 💜

Loved the images. As we remodel and redecorate, I was explaining to my 22yo daughter how you encourage the use of adjectives. She looked at the dining room, which is complete, and named "cohesive" as one of mine; I had not said it, she observed it! I was so happy. I felt success, that I was able to design and decorate in such a way that an observer could describe it accurately.

As always, you're an inspiration!

Love to you babe! Really enjoyed all you photo vignettes discussions.
I am a huge fan of bringing as many plants into a space as you can manage. Our homes are our safe spaces and you are such a gift!

I really enjoyed this video. I have never watched anyone on youtube break down a room design like you just did. I learned alot. Love eclectic style and have practiced it in my own home for 50 years of owning a home.

Ooh! This video was worth waiting for; I learned so much. Love all the vignettes. Bless you for acknowledging the SoCal fires…brings tears to my eyes. I’m in Northern CA…prayers to all those who were in this firestorm. All the more reason to value your home and create a sanctuary that makes you love living in it. Love to you, babe. Your video was a warm hug after this rough week. ❤xo

Your advice and inspo pictures are great, yet I couldn't stop thinking about the background and how beautiful your house is coming along. ❤️

Hi Christina, thanks for the very inspiring video. I so enjoyed your images. Each image was original, personal and well balanced. It is inspiring to see how things were brought together, without the feeling of staging. And your walk with us through the images was a great bonus. With an eye for detail and respect for every choice. Loved to watch it.

I also never was a flowerprint girl, but since I have flower drapes for the closet in my bedroom, I am so happy with it! The room feels even more nurturing, in a way I never expected.

Ik am afraid I am not a plant lady, I have two plants, cacti or something. My boyfriend is a true plant guy, he even has plants he inherited from his mother, and they are at least 50 years old!

Yes, my dining table is a display of art books. Love it! I never eat there, but I take video calls and then I push the books a bit aside. No problem.

Yes, home is so important to feel safe, to grow as a creative, to be yourself, to be nurtured etc. My heart goes out to people without a safe home, like in warzones, refugees, childeren that sleep on the street. I pray for them every day. And also the people who lost their home in the LA fires. I am so very grateful for my small space on earth, my home and sanctuary. It gives me peace and joy.

Be blessed.

I agree with plant vignettes. I’m a new plant mom and I really enjoy adding plants to my sunroom. Enjoyed this video as always ❤

Great breakdowns Christina. Would love to see more of these types of videos. It seems to me that almost no one does such a thoughtful analysis of interiors

Hi Christina 👋! My home is my sanctuary. I love my eclectic style home. A little bit of new, modern and traditional. I also incorporated artwork and trinkets from my heritage. It makes me feel closer to my parents….like you said a big HUG. ❤️

The way you explain and illustrate eclectic is exactly the way I understand it to be; it isn’t a particular style or “theme” in and of itself, but more of describing the act of mixing and matching different things and styles together. The inspiration photos are gorgeous 🤎 love from Singapore 🇸🇬

OMG the giant oval dining table thumbnail is soooo dang good. This was so fun. Let's do this again 😅 I love me a homey home. My home is my favorite place to be. On another note, I have been so sad for everyone who lost their homes and communities. One of my favorite interior designer who is so eclectic, Kate Martindale, lost her home and all her amazing vintage and antique belongings. I am beyond sad for her.
