Surely if the preference sheets have “slide out at all times” the Captain should have told the guests the was no slide available and apologised when they arrived.

Also 2 people down and struggling is not an answer or justification for delayed or poor service. As Captain she made the decision to continue with the charter without two crew members. If that means she has to roll out the pool toys herself that’s a consequence of her decision.
Last but not least a good leader doesn’t throw their team under the bus like that. They take the feedback, manage it and move on.

Look I can see this from both sides. Raygan clearly lacks experience and confidence as a Bosun and wasn't keen about about getting the jet ski out for the guest. She also didn't explain to him why the slide wasn't available. The charter guest was being obnoxious and over-dramatic about it. "Raygan is my ENEMY now." Then complaining to Captain Sandy about it. Over one mistake? Get over yourself!

Raygen is the worst bosun I have seen on any of these shows. Ep 3 sees her in bed after a night out instead of working. Hung over on the job - or not on the job, more to the point. She deserved to be sacked on the spot, no one would miss her, since she is not organising anything or doing anything much. Totally unprofessional. I am somewhat surprised that crews are allowed to go out drinking heavily on their nights out - the effects do not wear off very fast, so that makes it dangerous. Add to that, drunken fights and hook ups and it is a recipe for disaster. It does seem that the life attracts immature types with emotional issues though.

The woman is the worse Boson I have ever seen Captain Sandy needs to get rid of her and get someone who actually wants to work, cause that girl does not seem to want to do much she is lazy. Its suppose to be about the guest, not her next cigarette.

Ray is hands down the worst potential leader you could ever have. Every excuse that's spews from her mouth is mired in complete insanity. You do NOT point out weakness in the people who work below you. You delegate by their strengths. She's the weakest part of the ship by far. I wouldn't have hired her in the first place. Just something "off" about her.
