Well, there you have a reflection of what it could have been like on the Bayesian just before it sank, and a couple of clues that could have caused it. This boat, Parsifal III, is made by Perini Navi, just like the Bayesian, and the specs are pretty simiilar.
The water tight door at 0:39 was open, the stern door for the tender was open, the doors on the main deck were wide open. Along with that you still have crew asleep 30 minutes after it all started which shows how easy it is to just sleep through everything until its too late.
If you get a sudden downburst like the Bayesian did and every thing goes sideways (literally) there's not much you can really do.

Anchoring on a lee shore with a 4.4m draught and not knowing that 30kns of wind was coming is seriously dull. Not having someone on-watch on the bridge is also in contravention of IMO regulations (for commercial vessels) and seriously dull. They have guests but they might be private in which case the IMO rule doesnt apply, but its still seriously dull.

Not watched the show, but anchored here in this wind, can't they set a crew rota that'll have someone waking every 40-60 mins checking the GPS distance to shore and depth sounder? Write it on a notebook, with instructions to wake the skipper if values get below a level or seem to be moving faster since the last crew's note.
