I actually feel really bad for Jess. She's clearly burnt out and upset plus Faye is not helping the situation at all. Faye has ZERO empathy and is blinded by her ego and narcissism.

I’ve been a chef for over 25 years, trained at a Michelin standard. Am I really surprised that the hostess that just specialises in glorified fetching and carrying doesn’t understand why the chef is upset.

Bottom line, you're all there for the guests. If they're late, get pissed if you want to but don't take it out on the stews. If they want lunch after horse back riding do it. I felt sorry for Faye. Nothing but hassles from everyone else. They're hspot to collect the tips but don't want to go the extra mile to make them happy.
