I live in Indio, we got a good bit of rain over here. But the thing to keep in mind is that all of that rain water has to go somewhere, so it flows like a stream until it finds a place where it can settle and collect. It may not look crazy from our house, but it eventually turns into flooding if there's enough rain.

This is a joke I live here it rained moderately for about 2 hours definitely not headline news except for the fact all the sewer Mains were plugged up with leaves and debris. Instead of a couple guys coming out with shovels they sent in 30 news crews kind of reminds me of that firebomb event that happened in Hawaii they turned off the water didn't sound the alarms and no fireman but plenty of news crews
