God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that WHOSOEVER WILL BELIEVETH on Him should not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16).

Jesus came and died for the whosoever will, key point, those who WILL. If God doesn't work in you to will and to do of His good pleasure, you will not come. No one comes to the Son unless the Father draws him.

John 6:44 "No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him: and I will raise him up in the last day."

Jesus was sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. We are to preach the gospel to the whole world but that's to find out who Israel is. The Bible says He chose us in Him from the foundation of the world.

John 8:47 "He that is of God heareth the words of God: for this cause ye hear them not because ye are not of God."

We are preaching the gospel to find out those who are genuine believers and those whom God loves.
