These devices shouldn't have to be manually reconnected. You guys built an inferior product. I want my money back.

Can you forward this to you feedback/ feature request team?
It would be fantastic to have the ability to activate all built-in sirens with a single button press on the app. However, currently, when you press the button to trigger the siren, only the base station siren activates. This feature would be a valuable addition, especially during nighttime incidents like someone attempting to break into your car. With this option, all nearby neighbors would be alerted by the synchronized sound of all the sirens, instead of just relying on the siren near the perpetrator.

This feature has been discussed previously and received a high level of interest, but there haven’t been any discussions or indications about its implementation in the upcoming features list.

Yeah, everything else works, but the doorbell camera is the most stupidest one. It won’t reconnect.

Absolutely useless video. Customer service non existent. They keep wanting to blame my WiFi or my cell phone. When the front camera works just fine and the back amerà won’t connect, you KNOW it’s not a WiFi problem, it’s the camera’s problem. They won’t stand behind their products and just blame the customer.

If you are having issues connecting your device follow these steps to see if this might help:

1) Unplug All Ethernet Cables from router
2) Remove Device Completely From App
3) Restart the Ring Device (Camera hold button for 20 seconds) and router
4) Run Setup instructions and attempt to re-connect to wi-fi
5) Hopefully it might work

Some routers with a lot of ethernet connected devices (wired) have a hard time re-connecting to the router or keeping wi-fi devices connected to it. If persistent disconnecting of ring devices consider getting a second wifi router and connect to your first router and move ring devices to it so they don't flood the main router. Yes it is possible to have two routers if setup properly. If this doesn't help any router five years or older is recommended to be replaced by your ISP.

Sidenote: Routers prioritize Ethernet connections over Wi-Fi because ethernet is permanent and Wi-Fi Devices tend to come and go often.

I've done these steps like 20 times already, changed it up, and the doorbell chime thing never says it's online WTF. I'm literally one foot away from it, with my phone and the ring camera is about 8 feet away from the chime. The ring camera works, but the stupid doorbell plugin never works. aarrgghhhh

If a camera won't connect to your new wifi, just hold the button on the back down for about a minute. Then retry, it works every time.

Total BS.
Everything connected to my router works correctly and as intended.
Both cameras and the Chime pro have a clear uniterrupted "line of sight" to the router. Irrespective of 2.4 or 5G connection. Theystill constantly disconnect. The TV, PC and, other devices used by the router work and don't lose connection. The cameras are no more than 15 feet from the router. The chime pro is 5 feet from the router. I've had to reset them all today 4 poxy times! and over the past 6 months of using these cameras, I have to reset them at least once a week at the very least, and as I said everything else works without losing the connection.

"With Ring you're always home" You have to be to keep reconnecting the sh***y system.
Got fed up of the constant issues with these I've now ordered a better system with cameras that have a higher resolution and do far more than this set up. Your constant updating of the app is what fekks this up!. Will be replacing this lot in the coming week, and sell this Ring s***e on ebay!

Don't bother saying "reaching out" to me either, use the correct wording. it's called getting in contact!
