How to change your Ring Doorbell WIFI Network. If you changed your SSID you will also have to update your Ring Video Doorbell as well. First, loosen the two screws at the bottom of the Ring doorbell (T15 Torx if you don't have the Ring Screwdriver). With one hand hold onto the Ring Doorbell with the other hand push up on the bottom. You will feel it move slightly upwards now pull it towards you. Once the doorbell is off the bracket move it close to your mobile device. Open the Ring app, tap Menu, Devices, Ring Doorbell, Device Health, Change WIFI Network. Now follow the prompts on your app to finish Ring doorbell WIFI change.

An important thing to note - when I went to do this, I didn't see the option to Reconnect to WiFi and could find no answers. This is because I was not the primary account owner. When I used my parents account (the primary account the doorbell was set up with), the option appeared. I hope that helps anyone who may have had a similar issue.
