This is true. I was a physical wreck in my late 40’s and early 50’s. Now I’m in my late 50’s and I’m in the best shape of my life with the most muscles I’ve ever had by far. It is never too late to turn it around.

Broken bones & spinel stenosis benched me & I NEED TO PLAY TENNIS & JOG. My brain is stagnating & my muscles have to be retaught. Muscle memory. After 7 foot surgeries they QMEs said Id never walk again. Brain is an amazing thing! I may not be able to run marathons but with an epidural I can do so much Drs said I couldnt. Thx for teaching. Endorphin high should start my day!😊

I needed to hear this. Spent my 20s being drunk every weekend and almost my whole life binging on sugar.

It's faith, not in clouds but in your self and actions, the benefit of knowing your doing what you can is reassuring and if that's more than you have now your off and running ( low impact, injury free ), peace
