Have you ever felt like your life was travelling in the wrong direction but that it’s too late to do anything about it? At age 54 that’s exactly how Dilys felt. She was anxious, stressed, disconnected and searching for her purpose but then something happened that changes her entire outlook as well as her future.

Using examples from turning points in her extraordinary life, Dilys Price OBE explains how through facing her fears she was able to find her purpose and make a difference to not only herself but to thousands of people.

Now aged 84, Dilys story serves as an inspirational reminder that life really is for living.

Dilys Price is an 84 year old grandmother who, as a single parent with a young child, forged a career in Modern Dance in Higher Education and on retirement founded & ran the business & charity , Touch Trust. This started from her kitchen and now has nearly ½ a million turn over. Dilys licensed the program, trained hundreds to teach the life saving, unique stress release & life enhancing program, and has the joy of knowing that it is received by over 1000 adults and children with special needs weekly.

Dilys has received an OBE for her work work and also two Lifetime Achievement Awards for work in Diversity & for Care in Wales (including the Inspire Wales Award for significant contribution to the Arts in Wales ). She was also awarded an Honorary Fellowship by Cardiff Metropolitan University (her old college). For Touch Trust, Dilys also obtained a place as one of the seven Artistic & Creative organisations in the prestigious & iconic Wales Millennium Centre.

Dilys is a woman who wants to enjoy the wonderful world and support others to do the same…….That is where her energy comes from. Her ethos is:

if you fall off your bike, get back on & do wheelies
find the jewel in the sh*t
get a passion
be kind to as many as you can, as often as you can, to whomever you can ,where ever you can, in any way you can.

The old cliché is worth remembering “Life is not a rehearsal”

I wonder why this particular video hasn't received many more views and comments. I was moved by her energy and story and divine presence. Inspiring beyond words. Exactly what I needed.

I’m only 10 minutes in and this is already one of the best TED Talks I’ve ever heard. She is living passion and inspiration.

i come to watch my dear friend whenever i'm feeling low! I jumped with her in Swansea 10 years ago and used to pack her parachute. This video always lifts me back up again & the comments are lush. Show me another video on youtube that doesn't have a single negative comment!!! Big love Dilys

And here I was thinking it was too late to do anything productive at 26😅.. thank God for this video because I was thinking being dead was better off than being alive and being me right now✌️

That she REALLY began to live, at age 54, is my takeaway...I'll be 54 in 5 months and God willing I intend to start living

"I need to find a reason beyond work and responsibility"
I literally just had this breakthrough a few weeks ago. So happy this will put me on the right path 😊

My daughter has a severe intellectual disability. I connected with her by singing. Once I sang Silent Night to her - amazing song from a vibrational perspective- and I felt - FELT- my throat chakra open. I connected to her through song. that’s how she understood language, and how I opened her to the world.

This landed on my feed and I hesitantly pressed play. I was compelled, usually I never do as my attention span has become shorter and shorter over the last few years due to PSTD. I heard the whole thing from start to finish and felt that it was a nudge from the angles ✨ I got really emotional as this was exactly what I needed to hear. I then learnt this beautiful soul has passed and felt like she was still spreading her message above and beyond ❤ Thank you Dilys Price ❤ your words meant so much to me today

I've been suffering from depression for the past ten years. Spent a lot of spair time in bed feeling anxious. I decided, I had to do something to kick-start my life for my kids. Their age ranges are 16 to 37.

I took them to do tandem jumps, in the UK, on a beautiful, hot August day a few weeks ago.

On the day, the build-up was terrifying. I really didn't want to it. I'm scared of heights and I don't like flying. I was terrified as I was about to jump.

We tumbled out of the aeroplane door and as we stabilised, face-down, looking at the ground two miles below, I felt such joy and elation. It was an absolutely wonderful thing to do. I haven't stopped smiling since.

We're doing another tandom jump this weekend (weather permitting), and I am considering doing AFF. My 16 year old son is desperate to do AFF in the spring of 2020. I highly recommend doing it!!!!

My friend Sheila Shaw died and had an afterlife experience. She was told forgiveness and kindness are SO important. And that Life is a Gift. I love this woman's story! It is so inspiring and yet we all should be like this truly! She is enjoying this gift of life. Thank you for sharing this with us! My cup runneth over! ❤️❤️❤️
