"The idea that you should never look backward on your life and say I wish I'd done things differently is actually a terrible blueprint for living". Such an interesting thought. Looking back at your life, seeing how far you've come, the things you took a chance on and the aspirations and goals you had that sort of slipped through your fingers, all teach you an important lesson. We shouldn't ignore the feeling of regret. It puts things into perspective. It shows us what we should be doing, how we should be doing it, and most importantly, that it's never too late to go after what we want! Anything about this video resonate with you? Comment below, we’d love to hear from you!

To the *incredible person* seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

Few things he said, we are not taught to deal with negative emotions.
Also feel the feelings, work through them.
Most ppl want to do the right thing.

I just imagined my old, senile self being filled with regrets and being so disappointed with me. Then, I opened my eyes and saw a picture of myself in middle school on the wall. It made me realize I'm not where I'd imagined I'd be. Yet...

Extraordinary person reading this, you are not define by your circumstance or your past. It’s not what happened to you that determines your success in life; it is how you deal with those circumstances that determines your success in life! You are strong, you are capable and practice forgiveness (Forgiveness is for you) and gratitude everyday. This will change the course of your life forever! Love you always and I believe in you wholeheartedly ✨❤️ - Nat
