if one side is bigger than the other, lets take biceps as an example, you should start by training the weak arm, and then do exactly the same amount of reps and volume with the strong arm

I’ve always done stuff from home and the simple things like push-ups wall sits all that stuff from home but I finally got a gym membership and I been wondering ab all this bc my right bicep is bigger than my left so I was freaking out bc I wasn’t sure thank tho bro love the content 💯🔥🔥

normally muscle imbalances are a sign of a weak muscle group on one side or a mobility issue.

My left bicep was so much smaller than my right one, so I started training my left one to failure, and doing the same amount of reps on my right one. My right one could still do more reps, but I stopped at the number of reps i got with my left one, now they're almost completely even

I have a muscle imbalance in all of my left upper side because my left scapula is winged, if you guys feel like something is weird I.e not the same with one side over the other when you train there’s probably something. Take my advice cuz you can’t build ur body effectively on a crappy foundation itself, It took a long time to realize this and I learnt the hard way.

I personally do drop sets for the lagging muscles. For example I do 20lbs bicep curls, then I drop the weight to 15lbs do an extra set to failure for my weaker arm.

I don't think doing this is necessary as long as I'm consistent but I like to do it anyway.

I had that happen with my biceps. My left was smaller, so I did some extra reps and it started getting bigger than my right so I just started doing the same amount of reps for both and allowed it to work out naturally
