It works! I’ve used it twice now, yesterday and today, because I’m on medication that causes severe abdominal pain after taking it and I have really been able to get help from this where paracetamol, the tens machine and even deep breathing didn’t help! 🥳 I’m saving this for every time I need it!

My 8 year old son was in a lot of pain after he fell, his knee got a bad scrape and it was sore. This helped a lot, he relaxed enough to fall asleep <3

I tried this today and I, have always been a fan of guided meditation I find it very hard to find someone as relaxing as you. This has been a lovely experience for me. Thank you Lin for your soothing voice. Sincerely Dawn

I had an excruciating pain from a toothache on the right side of my face. This session really helped. I like the concept of “dialing down the pain” so that you know it’s there but it is no longer debilitating. I really felt, as I came out of the hypnosis, that my pain had gone several levels down. Thank you so much for sharing this.

weirdly this helped. its just focusing on something lovely as a way tk trick your brain the pains related to something interesting and less upsetting. I dont think it helps them go away but it helps manage when you're panicky from pain. Saving.

This is a lovely, relaxing track that I’ve listened to a few times not thank you. It would be perfect if it could be without the background sounds of papers shuffling in places - they bring me out of relaxation.

I learnt that hypothesis is effective to pain management so I decided to give a try. Too bad I actually have very low susceptibility of hypnosis. When the woman mentioned the background noise will fade away, I started to pay attention to it more and got distracted a lot while before she mentioned it I didn’t even notice any background noises. Then when she suggested about imagining forest and all that details, I find it hard to visualize the scenery because I don’t have visual imaginations of somewhere I have never been to. So this started to make me feel frustrated and even more distracted so I had to stop. I am so jealous how other people can have this kind of experience!

Counting from five to one both the times and went very quick but no breathing at all

I'm sorry but I felt this was script read. The body relaxation was too quick and I was lying down so to be told I was on a chair broke my focus. Sorry it wasn't for me.
