Why Tesla Robotaxi Event in Warner Bro Studios is GENIUS!

Tesla's Robotaxi event is set for October 10th at Warner Brothers Studio, possibly featuring a demo of Robotaxi rides. Tesla also seeks approval in Australia for cars with fully reclining, rotating seats, hinting at robotaxi readiness. Meanwhile, a smart summon feature is coming soon. U.S. auto sales are expected to miss targets by nearly a million, and Volkswagen may face layoffs and factory closures in Germany.

If they want a epic introduction of Robotaxi they should not let Elon do it.... Let someone that can train for days beforehand make an epic introduction. Elon can talk car technicals, FSD and visions.But let the Robotaxi be presented by a trained presenter. AND.... no breaking glass moment. This got to be flawless.

When you played the clip, from Autoline daily, I was taken back by how out dated the American autos looked in the showroom. Tesla and Chinese cars look so much more modern by comparison.

Thanks for the great content and discussions. I haven't heard anyone's take on the ability for FSD to handle all the elements of driving in Rain and at Night. My Model Y regularly is 'degraded' when driving at night in unlit rural roads and in Florida afternoon thunderstorms by rain. How can they overcome the 'Camera blinded', 'degraded', etc issues? It seems the cameras would need upgrades...?

Im pretty sure that a person lying down will still suffer major injury in a collision of not constrained. Any load in a vehicle has to be secured.
Maybe something like a secured canvas sleeping bag would work

Great video guys. I had that first iPhone, before they launched apps. I saw so many people happily using Blackberry phones and thought, "Just wait. Your world is about to radically change". Now I ride around in my Tesla using FDS and it feels so much the same...Just wait. Your world is about to radically change!

I hope that Tesla's RoboTaxi should actually be a CyberCab based on the Cybertruck, but into a good sized sedan & there are a few pics of something similar online. If it has that CyberTruck look it will be immediately regonizable, it will be a mobile billboard & it will stand out for everyone to see & call when they need a ride, it should be the first thing that comes to mind for anyone who loves Tesla. Stainless steel body, Tesla logo on the front & CyberCab written on the back end, it has enough room for four people & the front seats will be able to turn around to face the back seats. I really hope they make a RoboTaxi that really stands out & represents Tesla really well.
