Thank you, Michelle, good advice. When I hear it, I often think easier said that done. In my experience, it takes hours, days, weeks, months, years even to slow down, sort out and honor and resolve feelings, etc. Your suggestions are helpful but results are not immediate. The discussion of your own recovery experience was helpful to hear because it seemed like it was that way for you too, at least initially.

I used to work a part time job at a after school program and being around these kids makes me happy even though kids can be a little hard to deal with sometimes for majority of the kids they are nice and sweet and being around them helping them makes me feel so good❤. I feel like i am in a different world when I was around them❤❤

Honestly, I am in high school and I do lots of exams and I just feel overwhelmed by all the freaking work I need to do and I just have this guilty feeling in my tummy for no reason but it probably because my grades, like I need to work too much and I don't know how to calm down but you helped me❤

What makes me calm down fast is Listening to music making music on the computer or MacBook Pro and gaming and hang out with my best friend at work she really makes me calm. Working out on my Xbox 360 playing dance central and Kinect sports. Sometimes I work out on my Apple Watch also. I will try to get better for my crush in the future she is pretty white she is the same age as me born the same year I really love her content though but I’m going to focus on other things to help I will say my #1 hobbie is rap music it really makes me chill.

I don't know what I am going through whether it's anxiety or something else
My heart rate goes up
My eyes get filled with tears
I feel like everything is going wrong for me
I have not done anything wrong to anyone but there is a constant fear in my heart
I was a brilliant student in school but now i can't concentrate on the studies too
I am feeling like everything is going wrong
I get worried about very small things and even for the stuff that don't even exist
I am 18 years old
Please help me

i recovered from a short term anxious period about 4 weeks ago and now im feeling quite anxious again. im not sure why i am but i really dont want that phase i had a while ago to come back

Yes. Slowing down seems impossible. When I stop I break down and cry or have panic attacks
