HI, Elina. A wide statement about water never being radioactive is tricky. The secondary should not be radioactive; but at the very least the primary will ALWAYS be radioactive in operation, due to (n, p) reactions in Oxigen, and (n, g) in H (plus buffer solutions).

Environmentalists have even taught in public-school debate and critical writing classes that the area has been more radioactive than the Atomic Energy Commission has admitted. The Environmental Protection Agency seems to regard unusual devastating harm and genetic deformities to radioactive water emitted from the Farallon Islands. The French also had disposed of significant amounts in the
