I went to Arkansas where this water comes from .. I must say during my stay there I felt so rejuvenated..local ppl would come to the Main Street and gather water in jugs I went to the museum where this spring is and it’s such a great place to visit

I get my spring water in the sedona mountains. Native Americans used it for all kinds of medical and spiritual benefits. It's always ice cold and super crisp.

I live in the Ouachita Mountains there's several water bottling plants here including Mountain valley spring water, Alexis spring water, and crystal geyser spring water. The Mountain valley water is the only one I think that uses glass bottles.

I’ve been getting Mountain Valley spring water delivered to me by Sparkletts, and it’s the best freakin water I’ve ever tasted. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this stuff years ago. I can’t get enough of this water now, I like it better than Fiji Water and all the other natural spring waters on the market. Mountain Valley Spring water in the glass bottles... 👍🏼

I enjoy this water also.. my local store now has the sparkling mountain valley water. I noticed that sparkling water helps me to prolong my fast lol

Great video and info! Thank you very much. I ordered MVS (spring water) in the 5 gallon glass carboys and they just got delivered today. I’m really looking forward to trying it. I’m currently using a local water delivery service called Feil Water Treatment, Inc. They use reverse osmosis to purify their water and use 5 gallon plastic carboys. They’ve been good, but not a fan of the plastic. They’ve never given me a reason to question the integrity of their company. However; and idk why, but lately I’ve been second guessing them and the validity of what they’ve told me. Your like: Cool story bro, I liked the part in the middle the best. Haha thxs again dude. Student water sommelier here, calcium, potassium, magnesium, carbon dioxide, and sodium are all naturally occurring elements within water. “Electrolyte water” means water that is higher in sodium, aiming to draw water out of your body and make you sweat in high intensity activities. Waters with a TDS of 500 and below are about what you want to shoot for. Most great tasting waters are at about 200-250. Best waters to pick up at a store are Evian, maybe smart water if it’s the only option. Mountain Valley is a really good option, as it is in that sweet spot for TDS. Truth is, most waters are going to be more towards the 7.3 pH level, but looking just at the pH level will have you confused, as some of your more favorite waters can have varying pH. It also doesn’t help that the pH scale moves exponentially down the scale, rather than linearly.

Dr sebi said we should be drinking 1 gallon of water a day and drinking that with this water it would be very pricey. How much water do you drink a day? Is 1 gallon to much? What are your thoughts on that
