Many of these questions have multiple, often better, answers: Mainly the voice is NOT an instrument. But I can neither see nor touch a RECORDED instrument of any kind.
What goes up when the rain goes down?...um, car windows, humidity, accident rates, river levels...  
You Throw me away...bring me back? You Weigh Anchor to leave, but you don't throw an anchor away you "drop anchor". You do, however, throw fishing lures as far away as possible, however. 
Tyranosaurus Clap?  The use of present tense implies presence, hence the answer "extinct" is uncorrelated with the context of the question. However, their front "hands" cannot touch because their "arms" are too short. 
Same birth Moment? Different time zones is a good answer, however, they could also be born at the same time (moment) on different days and fall with acceptable use of English. 
So - If you got 5 according the "answer book"  and were smart enough to correct any of the other more or less bogus 5 above, you are at least as smart as me.
