You could say I wasted my years 20-26. I opened my heart to Christ. Did self care/lost weight. Healed my traumas and now people can’t recognize me anymore. Women 18-50 glance my way and I naturally intimidate them.
If it happened to me it can literally happen to anyone. Open your heart to Christ and everything will fall into place.

I agree I went through two glow ups/puberty. 19 n 24 but Icl I look my best at 24 mentally physically even my conversations. If your 17-19 bro just be patient make a lot of mistakes it builds character trust me these ladies ain’t going nowhere I promise

The first thing that you can do is assess your lifestyle and how healthy your body is. If you are already very healthy and athletic, then these are just guidelines to get that way and you already are, so you can disregard this first bit). If you aren’t super healthy, then read on:
If you are underweight, learn to eat more of the right things. If you are overweight, learn to eat the right things, as well as maybe less, depending on your metabolism.

Nah it takes commitment n focus. Step away from ur busy life n figure out where u wanna get good at, physically, mentally, interpersonal skills n personal health care. It just starts with u. Only then u would see improvement
