Thanks for this receipe you saved my daughter birthday . I was making a cake for her birthday a day before which was a disaster so i searchedup tons of videos on easy chocolate cake and thats how i came across you channel. I made a cake using your recipe the same day of her birthday and all the guest loved it and said it was better than any store bought cakes.

i dont have a cake collar, so if i am to pour the mousse over the cake the mousse wont be stable as without the collar i cant refrigerate the mousse so can you tell me how i can layer the cake then ?
