Omg this turned out to be the best chocolate mousse I’ve ever had.. I didn’t make the cake base coz I had just made a huge batch of brownies so I used it as a base, but the mousse was heavenly! Ive seen mousse recipes so many times. But I thought, how can whipped cream mixed with molten chocolate taste so good. There’s no way. So I never tried. But I’m so glad I tried this one! It’s absolutely delicious.. would highly recommend using the best quality semi sweet Chocolate you can find because that can make all the difference.
