Nice tutorial but my problem of fram rate drop/not 60fps and stuttering is solved by just changing display settings for 60 to 144hz

Thanks to you I found a way to do it without changing your refresh rate :) it works if you set vsync to "adaptive (half refresh rate)" and then cap the max frame rate to 60fps (I'm on most recent drivers and a 240hz monitor) it seems to work for amd cards too through adrenaline software but I'm not 100% sure
