bulkiest Hazard tower so far, this heron certainly more tanky than last Thundering Memphis. Since I still on UL57, my Changli and Encore still at lvl 80 with talent 8.. this force me to tweak the rotation like omitting outro and double E from Changli to shorten the rotation upon entering Encore liberation.

after few tries this is the best that to clear the Heron for my build. at full level 90 with more DMG, it should be convenient enough to build concerto for Changli outro without worrying time running out
